Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Within these 3 business days, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is on its way!

Flat-Rate Shipping:
Orders typically ship via FedEx within 3 business days (with a delivery standard of 2-7 days). We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at wjxc406@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
