Q: Does your store offer mattresses with the bed frames?
A: Our store specializes in bed frames and does NOT include mattresses with the purchase. Please ensure you have a compatible mattress for the bed frame you select. We recommend carefully checking the dimensions before buying.
Q: Are any additional tools needed for assembling the bed?
A: No extra tools are required for assembly. All necessary parts, tools, and instructions are included in the package. If you experience any difficulties during assembly, don’t hesitate to contact us—we’re here to help.
Q: How long does it typically take to assemble the bed?
A: Assembly time varies, but most customers complete it within an hour. We recommend having two people for faster and easier setup. If you need any help during the process, we provide online support.
Q: Does the bed frame require a box spring, and can I add one?
A: Our bed frames do not require a box spring. However, if you prefer a higher bed, you can use a thicker mattress or add a box spring. Just ensure that the combined height of the mattress and box spring, if used, is is between the maximum heights of each product (see data on the image) to suit your preference.
Q: What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
A: After placing your order, we’ll ship it from the warehouse closest to your location. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours and delivered within 3 to 5 days.
Q: What should I do if there are missing parts in my order?
A: If any parts are missing or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will promptly arrange for replacements to be sent out.
Q: Does your LED bed frame play music?
A: The LED bed frame does not play music directly. However, the LED lights are sound-reactive. You can play music from an external device, activate the sensor button on the bed, and the lights will sync with the beat, creating a lively atmosphere. The package includes instructions for downloading our app, available for both Android and iOS, to access additional features.
